Summary
Leaving the University of Oxford with a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, I cut my teeth in finance with Barclays and rose the ranks to Finance Director of UK Business Banking. In my next role, I served as UK CFO of Aspen Insurance, moving on three years later to Lloyds as Finance Director General. I have also held leadership positions with Bibby Financial Services, Hitachi Financial Services and Wyelands Bank.
